We will begin practice around 6h30 in the morning.
This practice will enable the body to regain its space thanks to the adapted breathing, in order to find real peace in the right posture, and receive all the beautiful natural forces of the island and benefit of beautiful energies to begin winter.
We will arrive under October sun, before the rainy season. The first destintation is Ubud, 1h30 away from the airport.
Programme in Ubud : visiting temples, sacred sources, balinese dances in traditional theatres, delicious restaurants, shopping…
The city of Ubud was first an important reserve for medicinal plants and luxurious vegetation (numerous monkeys and crab eating macaque in the jungle).
We will stay in Ubud for the first four days, and we will be hostesd in a superb resort in the middle of gardens and with a pool.
On the fifth day, we will set off to climb the Batur volcano.
We will stay for two nights by the lake, in order to climb to the summit of the volcano at 4am and attend the sunrise (telluric forces, contemplation and meditation).
At the end of afternoon, swimming in sulphurous water pools.
On seventh day, we will set off to Sidemen, a small village at the centre of the island of gods. The region is famous as one of the most beautiful and most authentic in Bali. Two days in the midst of rice paddy fields, practicing Yoga and walking towards the jungles.
On ninth day, we will go east, towards the sea, to Amed, for five days. We will end our balinese journey. Amed is a very quite region, famous for its long black sand beach, at the end of which stands the impressive Agung volcano. Among the best snorkelling spots in the island will enable us to admire seabeds full of fishes and multi-coloured corals. We will board a pirogue before sunrise to meditate on the sea.
Faster boats will take us to Gili Air, another spot for beautiful seabeds, sanctuary for seaturtles, and we will swim among them.
Possibility to climb Mount Agung, walking by night under the moon to see the sunrise, with an extraordinary view over the whole island of Bali, as well as Mount Rinjani, the highest summit in Lombok, and the volcanoes of Java. The crater is also magnificent, the light changes every minute (with a supplement).
In our hotel, facing the sea, all for ourselves, each person will have a single room. The beach is a very lovely creek with grey and white sand, where we will be able to rent palms, masks and snorkel. Then, back to Denpasar, the capital city, before leaving for Paris.
